What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and complete projects across various functional areas that support Quality campaign initiatives
- Lead project management initiatives based on business process reviews
- Perform moderately complex business analysis and project management
- Track and report on project status to colleagues and senior management
- Manage documentation of assigned processes, including workflows and policies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 3+ years of associated business experience within the healthcare industry
- 1+ year of HEDIS / Star experience
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including creating pivot tables and v-lookups

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project Management experience
- PMP or Six Sigma certification
- Medical or clinic background
- Experience with CAHPS and HOS
