Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking an experienced Quality Auditor for its Fort Worth, TX site. This hourly position performs in-process, final, and layered process audits to ensure adherence to control plans and quality standards.

You will document results, escalate non-conformances, and support containment and corrective actions with production teams. The role requires a High School diploma or GED, 5+ years in quality inspection in manufacturing, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of quality inspection or auditing experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and perform repetitive motions; lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Performs in-process, final and layered process audits against control plans and standards.
• Inspects products and components using gauges, fixtures and measurement equipment.
• Documents audit results, defects and non-conformances accurately in quality systems.
• Identifies, tags and segregates non-conforming material and escalates for disposition.
• Supports containment activities and verifies effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Partners with production teams to resolve quality issues at the source.
