Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to own the site management system, drive ISO certification readiness and lead internal and external audits. You will govern documentation, CAPA programs and management reviews, while coaching teams on improvement methods and KPIs.

The role requires 5+ years in quality or continuous improvement, ISO 9001 ownership, and strong analytical problem-solving. Onsite in Fort Worth, with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification preferred.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
• Experience leading ISO 9001 management systems and audits.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Owns the site management system (ISO 9001; ISO 14001/45001 as applicable) and certification readiness.
• Manages internal and external audits and certification bodies.
• Governs documentation control, procedures, records and process maps.
• Leads CAPA programs and closure effectiveness.
• Prepares and facilitates management reviews with site leadership.
• Drives continuous-improvement governance and KPI tracking.
• Trains and coaches teams on the management system and improvement methods.
• Ensures readiness for customer and regulatory audits.
