Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of manufacturing, quality control, or inspection experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; exposure to Oracle and SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audit Burst House testing operations for Air Cooled products, including helium and leak tests.
• Verify proper execution of leak checks, burst tests, and inspections per instructions and specs.
• Perform two-layer verification of critical quality checks and ensure accurate test data and dispositions.
• Audit test area readiness, calibration status, safety interlocks, fixtures, and standardized work.
• Verify traceability and data integrity for Burst House testing and upload evidence.
• Report daily pass/fail results and nonconformances; support ISO 9001 QA system.
