Wilson Workforce Solutions, LLC is seeking a Quality Supervisor for the Night Shift to oversee nightly QA activities and ensure compliance with ISO, HARA, and BRCGS standards. The role supports continuous improvement, data analysis, and KPI reporting, coordinating with multiple departments to drive corrective actions.

Responsibilities include managing the HFI process, NCR records, and audit responses; training Quality Technicians; maintaining documentation; and upholding 5S standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in quality field.
• Experience leading quality activities in manufacturing.
• Familiar with ISO, BRCGS, and HARA requirements.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee nightly quality assurance activities and KPI reporting.
• Lead HFI process and NCR records for disposition and improvements.
• Support ISO and BRCGS audits with documentation and training.
• Investigate customer claims and production defects with cross‑functional teams.
• Maintain 5S and housekeeping standards across the facility.
• Lead Quality Technicians and/or MLT Operators and schedules.
