Job summary

Inteva Products, Bluffton Operations, is seeking a qualified candidate for a full-time quality-focused role. The ideal applicant demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, effective communication, and a solid grasp of basic manufacturing and assembly processes.

Knowledge of quality tools (PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, Gage R&R) and GM quality requirements is highly valued. The ability to learn Plex quickly will support seamless integration into our operations.

Qualifications

• This position requires high-level analytical ability with emphasis on problem solving and root cause analysis.
• Candidate should be highly motivated to attain work objectives and be a self-starter.
• Excellent organization and planning skills are expected.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
• Knowledge of basic manufacturing and assembly processes is preferred.
• Familiarity with Quality tools: PPAP, Control Plans, PFMEA, PFD, Gage R&R, Run at Rate, operator instructions, IMDS.
• Understanding of GM Quality Requirements is advantageous.
• Ability to learn and navigate through Plex.
