Job summary

Inteva Products, a leading automotive supplier, is seeking an operations support role to manage POs, RFQs, and order tracking at Vandalia Technical Center. You will coordinate with engineering and prototype labs to ensure on-time delivery and accurate BOM data.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, teamwork, and effective communication, with exposure to Plex and G3PS systems and minimal travel for pre-launch activities.

• Receive and process customer purchase orders.
• Receive and respond to RFQ’s.
• Communicate delivery dates to customers for part requirements.

• Enter and maintain part BOM’s and details in Plex system.
• Enter and schedule part build jobs in Plex system.
• Coordinate and ensure on-time shipping of customer requirements.
