Job summary

Inteva Products, LLC - Bluffton Operations seeks a purchasing/PC&L professional to manage shipping/receiving, SAP operations, and inbound/outbound logistics. This role requires a BS/BA, experience in PC&L, and knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles.

You will coordinate carrier movements, prepare export/import paperwork, and ensure accuracy between bills of lading and shipments, while upholding Inteva safety standards and effective communication throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• Requires a BS/BA in technical or business field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in PC&L operations and SAP experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing principles (Lean, Inteva Manufacturing System).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Enter Receipts into Plex for Services along with Tools and Equipment
• Create Customs and Duties Paperwork for all International Shipments
• Move material and equipment with power lift truck
• Handle Hazardous Material according to Inteva safety standards
• Pickup and deliver packages and materials to Inteva Bluffton employees
• Manage inbound and outbound carriers and verify the material matches the bill of lading
