Job summary

ATI Metals in Monroe, NC seeks an Internal Audit Specialist to execute audit policies and ensure material release compliance with certification standards and customer requirements. You will analyze data from various applications, prepare test certificates, and collaborate with sales, engineering, lab, and quality teams during audits.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to accomplish day-to-day work activities.
• Familiarity with Oracle or Maximo is a plus.
• 1+ years of Quality Assurance experience preferred.
• Associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Access and analyze data from a wide range of applications to prepare the audit package.
• Prepare Certificate of Test in compliance with purchase orders, specifications, and policies.
• Identify and interpret product specifications and customer documentation.
• Collaborate with sales, product engineering, lab, document control, and central quality during audits.
• Perform heat file audits and compile audit check sheets.
• Identify missing or incorrect testing or processing and recertify depot materials.
