We are seeking a Senior QA Test Lead to oversee testing activities for commercial lending software within a financial services environment. This role combines hands‑on test automation with test planning, coordination, reporting, UAT/E2E testing, and compliance responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading testing teams, working in Agile environments, and using test automation tools such as Tosca, Cucumber, or Selenium. Strong candidates will also have experience coordinating testing across multiple teams and systems while maintaining documentation and ensuring testing activities follow established change‑management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate testing activities across development cycles.
• Develop test plans and determine testing requirements for each release or development cycle.
• Write and execute test scripts through both manual and automated testing.
• Develop and maintain automated tests using tools such as Tosca, Cucumber, or Selenium.
• Track defects and coordinate with development teams to ensure issues are resolved and retested.
• Coordinate testing across interconnected teams, applications, and systems.
• Plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and End-to-End (E2E) testing.
• Maintain test documentation, test evidence, and reporting throughout the development and release lifecycle.
• Ensure testing activities align with established change‑management and compliance requirements.
• Provide testing status, risks, issues, and results to project and leadership teams.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior QA/test team members.
• Represent the testing function in project meetings and discussions with leadership.
• Collaborate with Agile development teams throughout planning, development, testing, and release activities.

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience leading test/QA teams.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one test automation tool: Tosca, Cucumber, or Selenium.
• Experience working within Agile development teams.
• Experience with CI/CD environments and automated development/release pipelines.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA or HP ALM.
