Contract - Quality Assurance Technician I in Santa Clarita, CA - ON-SITE

This role is hosted by Victoria Casal at Jobot Consulting. The position offers a pay range of $21.00/hr to $25.00/hr, based on skills and experience. Growing medical device company; industry leading.

Job Responsibilities

• Report to the Quality Systems Manager.
• Handle customer returns, including logging, leak testing, and disposal in accordance with health physics procedures.
• Manage paperwork, communicate with customers and team members, and support record keeping.
• Perform inspections of capsule engravings and dimensional QC on components.
• Qualify and maintain supplier qualifications, attend Material Review Board meetings.
• Conduct Final QC on all product lines, except where specified otherwise.
• Manage NCRs, organize QC documentation, and perform travel to facilities and audits.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years' experience in quality control, receiving inspection, or QA, with 1 year in documentation control.

Additional Qualifications

• Ability to travel to Burbank and Valencia facilities.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform Receiving Inspection, work independently and in teams, adapt to changing environments.
