Job summary

Mountaire Farms is seeking a QA-focused professional to monitor production, ensure products meet specifications, and participate in calibration and training activities. The role emphasizes adherence to SSOP/SOP and regulatory testing and requires basic computer skills.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of manufacturing experience, with the ability to follow directions and training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must be able to follow directions/training. Advanced training will be provided to increase competencies.
• Must be familiar with computers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the production process to ensure product meets establishment specifications; inform supervisor and take steps when not.
• Calibrate tools and equipment; perform technical projects; train and cross-train.
• Perform and record regulatory, SSOP, SOP, and Quality Attribute testing; communicate results to management.
