Job summary

Mountaire Farms is seeking a diligent team member to monitor machines that automatically measure, sort, and inspect product. You will weigh product to verify quantity and quality and ensure it meets standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring product attributes, reporting malfunctions, and adhering to USDA, HACCP, SSOP, and GMP policies while following safety guidelines and company SOPs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years' experience in poultry manufacturing processing and equipment preferred.
• Must complete NPIS Sorter training which includes modules and a final assessment.

Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor product attributes to ensure that product quality meets or exceeds required levels.
• Observe equipment operation and notify the appropriate personnel of any malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Ability to follow all USDA, HACCP, SSOP, and GMP policies and guidelines.
• Able to communicate effectively and follow instructions.
• Follow all Company safety policies, S.O.P. regulations, as well as support Goal Zero mission statement.
