Job summary

Westrock Coffee Company in Arkansas is seeking a FSQA Technician I to assist in quality control during production. You will perform inline inspections of WIP and finished products, record results, and help ensure adherence to GMP and safety standards.

The role requires 1–2 years of quality inspection experience, strong observation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment alongside production teams. High school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years' experience with quality inspection, auditing, data collection, and/or testing.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and office-based database systems.
• Ability to read and comprehend SOPs, policies and standards; strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow all Westrock policies & procedures, including the Food Safety & Quality Management System.
• Perform in-line inspections on WIP and finished products to ensure specifications.
• Enter test results into a quality database accurately.
• Identify and segregate nonconforming goods when required.
• Maintain a clean and GMP-compliant work area.
• Contribute to team efforts and perform other duties as assigned by management.
