Job summary

S&D Coffee seeks an FSQA Tech I for 2nd shift in Little Rock, AR to assist in quality control across the production cycle. You will perform in-line inspections, input data into databases, and help ensure compliance with GMP and safety standards.

The role requires attention to detail, good teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years’ experience in quality inspection, auditing, data collection, or testing.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years' experience with quality inspection, auditing, data collection, and/or testing.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and office-based database systems.
• Ability to read and comprehend SOPs, policies and standards.
• Attention to detail and logical thinking.
• Good communication within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow all Westrock policies & procedures, including the Food Safety & Quality Management System.
• Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices are followed by all personnel.
• Perform in-line inspections on WIP and finished products to ensure compliance with defined specifications.
• Inspect raw materials or components involved in the production process for quality.
• Enter test results into a quality database accurately.
• Identify and segregate nonconforming goods when required.
• Conduct testing on products on hold when required.
• Maintain a clean and safe GMP-compliant working environment.
• Contribute to team efforts and perform other duties as requested by management.
