Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.

• Able to work in both hot and cold environments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Audit, document, and enforce USDA and facility regulations.
• Perform checks to ensure the food safety and quality program is followed.
• Monitor SOPs, SSOPs, GMPs and HACCP procedures for compliance.
• Present records to FSIS/USDA upon request.
• Assist QA Supervisor with data gathering for investigations.
• Collaborate with production to monitor USDA AQL standards and address violations.
• Maintain lab equipment and perform regular cleaning.
