Bachoco USA Albertville Plant is hiring a Quality Assurance Technician for the 2nd shift (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM). You will verify product documentation, monitor HACCP, GMP and SSOP compliance, and ensure pre-shipment verifications are complete.

Includes shift premium, attendance incentive, and a benefits package with 401K and health coverage. The role emphasizes food safety, accurate record-keeping, and identifying questionable product to protect the quality of our chicken, eggs and other products.

Qualifications

• Verifies product and regulatory documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitors HACCP, GMP and SSOP compliance in the area.

Responsibilities

• Record applicable information as directed.
• Identify and isolate questionable product.
• Ensure daily quality activities and required tasks are performed in the area.
• Verify all documentation in each area is complete and compliant prior to pre-shipment verifications.
• Ensure each pallet of product is pre-shipment verified before leaving the floor.
• Obtain finished product samples for the laboratory.
• Ensure products meet in-plant food safety requirements.
