Bachoco Group is seeking a Production Superintendent for the 2nd shift in Albertville, AL. The role requires overseeing de-bone operations, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with USDA rules while coordinating daily activities with supervisors.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent and 3–5 years of supervisory experience in plant operations, preferably in poultry. This is a safety-sensitive, on-site position with standard M-F hours and some Saturdays as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in plant operations.
• 3-5 years direct experience in plant operations at supervisory level or above.
• Experience in poultry business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees start-up and set-up or end-of-operations shutdown.
• Ensure all safety standards are applied.
• Coordinates daily activities with supervisors.
• Monitors product quality and packaging processes.
• Ensures product wholesomeness.
• Communicates with Quality, Maintenance, Production and Sanitation teams.
• Addresses USDA concerns and variances.
• Manages employee and HR-related issues and schedules.
• Notifies teams of schedule changes and oversees rework coordination.
