Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in Quality Inspection or manufacturing environments.
• Printing or production industry experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to read and understand job specifications and work instructions.
• Basic computer skills including email, Excel, Word, and MIS systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products on production lines to verify quality standards and customer specifications.
• Review job jackets and product requirements for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform repetitive inspections to identify defects and process variations.
• Communicate non-conforming findings immediately to production teams.
• Document inspection results, audit findings, and corrective actions.
• Validate quality processes at critical control points.
• Prepare and file daily quality inspection and audit documentation.
• Ensure work-in-progress jobs are properly identified throughout production.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices, SOPs, ISO requirements, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with production teams to support operational excellence.

Location: Morrisville, NC
Schedule: Full-time, Onsite, Night Shift 7pm - 7am on a 2,2,3,2 rotation basis
Pay & Benefits: Competitive hourly pay + full benefits package

What You’ll Do:

• Inspect products on production lines to verify quality standards and customer specifications

• Review job jackets and product requirements for accuracy and completeness

• Perform repetitive inspections to identify defects and process variations
