Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous MPG experience preferred.
• Lead or informal leader experience desirable.
• Forklift experience required 2–3 years.
• 3 years of lead or team-leader experience preferred.
• ISO 9001 environment experience a plus.

• Ensure products and materials are received and shipped accurately and on time.
• Monitor workflow and escalate/resolve operational issues.

Fulfillment Team Lead

Join Millennium Print Group as a Fulfillment Team Lead!

We’re looking for an experienced Fulfillment Team Lead to join our team in Mebane, NC. If you’re passionate about operational excellence, mentoring team members, and ensuring products move accurately and efficiently through the fulfillment process, this is your opportunity to make an impact at the world’s largest trading card printer.

Location: Mebane, NC
Schedule: 7pm-7am on a 2-2-3-2 rotation shift

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support daily fulfillment operations.

What You’ll Bring

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience

• Previous experience within MPG preferred.
• Prior experience as a Lead or informal leader is highly desirable.
• Forklift experience required at least 2-3 years
• 3 years of previous experience as a Lead or team leader preferred.
• Experience working in an ISO 9001 environment is a plus.
