Job summary

JBS USA is seeking an hourly Quality Assurance Technician for the 1st shift. The role conducts QA testing on products and raw materials on the plant floor, using inspection equipment and documenting data to uphold quality standards.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent, good English skills, and attention to detail. Bilingual Spanish is preferred, with benefits such as vacation, medical plans, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts quality assurance testing on products and raw materials on the plant floor.
• Uses inspection equipment and suggests improvements to procedures and equipment.
• Investigates causes of faulty work and advises production supervisors on corrective actions.
• Ensures sell-by and production dates are correct on product runs.
• Measur es and tests product, tabulating data for materials, product, or process quality.
