Catalent Pharma Solutions is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to manage daily QA activities on the packaging and distribution floor at our Kansas City site. The role requires strong cGMP knowledge, SOP compliance, and the ability to lead investigations and cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in QA within a GxP environment and can mentor staff while driving continuous improvement in QA processes.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role in a GxP facility.
• Strong knowledge of cGMPs and ability to ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Experience supporting QA activities on a manufacturing/packaging floor (audits, line clearance, in-process checks).
• Experience leading or supporting deviations, investigations, and root cause analysis (fishbone, five whys).
• Ability to work cross-functionally and resolve issues with internal stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day QA activities on the packaging and distribution floor, including in-process audits, line clearance, cleaning verification, and labeling approval.
• Train and mentor associates as needed.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities within QA and lead projects.
• Independently author SOPs and forms and lead investigations using structured problem-solving tools.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, peers and management to ensure timely completion of projects.
