Job summary

Jobot is actively seeking a dynamic Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our fast-paced engineering team in Haysville, KS. This permanent on-site role leads all QA processes, including CAPA, root cause analysis, audits, and supplier/customer quality management.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in QA within engineering, with at least 2 years in supervision, strong leadership, and a proven track record in process improvement. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, and half-day Fridays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in quality assurance in engineering, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, CAPA, audits, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing supplier and customer quality and manufacturing quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the QA team to ensure product quality and compliance.
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective/preventive actions.
• Oversee CAPA processes and ensure timely implementation.
• Perform regular process audits for regulatory compliance.
• Manage supplier and customer quality programs and improvement.
• Address customer quality issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee quality inspection, process control, and improvement initiatives.
• Interpret technical drawings and guide the team on discrepancies.
• Drive ongoing quality improvements to boost efficiency and quality.
• Develop and maintain QA metrics for performance tracking.
