Job summary

Catalent Pharma Solutions in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Room Lead, Packaging to oversee clinical and commercial packaging operations. The role ensures compliance with cGMP and GDP, supervises batch records, and drives quality and efficiency on a 2:30pm–11pm shift. Onsite work is required with strong leadership expectations.

You will lead a team, coordinate tasks, and uphold Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost metrics while promoting a Patient First mindset and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.
• Ability to motivate and lead others.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret instructions and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned team members to complete packaging jobs daily.
• Ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC) targets.
• Maintain accurate batch records and adhere to cGMP/GDP.
• Enforce 5S and hygiene/gowning procedures across packaging areas.
• Delegate tasks and manage multiple ongoing production operations.
