Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; a science-related Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment is expected.
• Strong organizational, planning, and decision-making abilities with good verbal and written communication skills; ISO environment familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct QA team and QA associates in daily activities.
• Maintain corporate and franchise partner QA standards.
• Ensure Environmental Health & Safety standards are met.
• Establish procedures with QA Manager and regional teams.
• Audit QA processes and equipment for proper operation and compliance.
• Collaborate with Production, Shipping, HR, and other departments to address issues.
