Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician, Lead (Midday) in Abilene, TX to oversee the Master Sanitation Program and microbiology requirements. You will provide leadership for sanitation activities, train staff, and ensure compliance with ISO and safety standards.

The role includes conducting microbiology sampling, preparing reports for leadership, and driving continuous improvement in sanitation processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Food Science or related field preferred.
• Two years of food microbiology program experience required; beverage manufacturing preferred.
• ISO/USDA/FDA auditing experience required; ISO Auditor certification preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); SAP experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead Master Sanitation Program execution and microbiology sampling.
• Monitor completion of Master Sanitation Program requirements and identify gaps.
• Train team members in sanitation and microbiology techniques.
• Generate reports on sanitation effectiveness for leadership.
