Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC is seeking a QA Tech, Lead to oversee the Master Sanitation Program and microbiology requirements at the Fort Worth facility. You will lead sanitation activities, collect samples, and generate leadership reports to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• BS/AS in Food Science or related field; microbiology training required.
• Two years of food microbiology program experience; ISO/USDA/FDA environment experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP experience helpful.
• Experience auditing or inspecting against standards (ISO auditor certification preferred).
• Strong communication, reporting, and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of QA manuals and ISO systems (Food Safety, Safety, Quality, Environment).
• Maintain laboratory SOPs and Safety Manuals; manage QA equipment inventories.
• Train new QA techs in microbiology sample collection, dilutions, plating, reading, and aseptic techniques.
• Verify daily incubator temperatures and conduct microbiology analyses as needed.
• Lead Master Sanitation Program activities and corrective actions; generate reports for leadership.
• Support audits and maintain cross-functional coordination with production and QA teams.
