Job summary

Chimes is seeking a QA/Facilities supervisor to manage custodial operations at the Baltimore facility. You will track maintenance calls in Maximo, analyze cleaning data, and generate weekly/monthly reports. You will train staff on Restroom Alert and JAMS, oversee cleaning activities, and ensure compliance with policies.

A minimum of two years in a supervisory role is preferred. The position requires strong data analysis skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to communicate

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in managerial positions including administrative and supervisory oversight.
• Knowledge of MAXIMO, JAMS and Restroom Alert preferred.
• Experience in custodial operations preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of standard English, arithmetic, and modern office methods and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Tracks all maintenance calls identified by Chimes and enters into Maximo daily.
• Tracks janitorial work orders, analyzes data and generates reports as required.
• Collects data, identifies trends and interprets data in weekly and monthly reporting.
• Trains staff on use of Restroom Alert and JAMS.
• Oversees cleaning activities for custodial staff.
