Job summary

Chimes DC Brand is seeking a Custodial Operations Supervisor to oversee maintenance and janitorial activities at BWI Airport. The role requires strong leadership, data analysis skills, and experience with MAXIMO, JAMS, and Restroom Alert.

The position emphasizes safety, compliance with policies, and timely reporting, with on-site supervision and coordination with the MAA and Airport Operations Center. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in managerial positions including administrative and supervisory oversight.
• Knowledge of MAXIMO, JAMS and Restroom Alert.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Tracks all maintenance calls and logs into Maximo daily.
• Analyzes data and generates weekly and monthly reports.
• Trains staff on Restroom Alert and JAMS.
• Complies with all Agency policies and procedures.
• Responds to custodial emergencies.
• Maintains communication with MAA and BWI Airport Operations Center during normal working hours.
• Oversees and inspects cleaning activities of custodial staff.
