Job summary

Chimes is seeking a QA Manager to supervise custodial operations during a 8:30pm–5:00am shift at BWI Airport. You will oversee cleaning activities, inspect staff performance, and ensure compliance with SIDA security procedures.

Responsibilities include tracking maintenance calls in Maximo, analyzing data to identify trends, generating weekly and monthly reports, and training staff on Restroom Alert and JAMS.

Qualifications

• Experience managing custodial operations and QA.
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• CPR/First aid and OSHA training.

Responsibilities

• Tracks maintenance calls and enters into Maximo daily.
• Oversee cleaning activities and inspect custodial staff.
• Maintain communication with MAA and BWI Airport Operations Center.
• React to custodial emergencies and implement corrective actions.
• Trains staff on Restroom Alert and JAMS.
• Ensure staff comply with SIDA security procedures.
