Job summary

Banknote Corporation of America is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead QA teams and oversee the full quality lifecycle from raw materials through finished goods. The role blends people leadership with hands-on statistical analysis, laboratory testing, and cross‑functional communication in a security‑focused production environment.

The ideal candidate will have a BS or BA, 3+ years of quality experience, strong math/science background, and ASQ certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; four-year institution.
• At least three years of quality experience or training.
• Equivalent combo of education and experience with heavy math/science coursework.
• ASQ or equivalent certification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly lead QA Specialists, Lab Technicians, and Inspectors.
• Establish robust quality procedures and train staff on inspection designs, testing protocols, and lab integration.
• Collaborate on run/no-run and product acceptance decisions with QA Manager and senior leadership.
• Operate and train staff on precision lab equipment and perform detailed material testing.
• Maintain logs and ensure compliance with company QA policies and standards.
