Job Title: Quality Assurance Supervisor

PRWT Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team located in Center City, Philadelphia. PRWT is a high-performance provider of business process outsourcing (BPO) and facilities management services to governmental and commercial clients nationwide.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Enforce company and department policies and procedures.
  • Maintain communication with management regarding department activities.
  • Prepare work schedules to ensure workflow efficiency.
  • Maintain staff personnel files, including attendance records.
  • Complete daily and weekly payroll processing.
  • Monitor lunch and break records.
  • Coach, counsel, and implement corrective actions for staff.
  • Motivate staff and oversee staff development and training.
  • Monitor staff efficiency standards daily.
  • Assist staff with their job duties as needed.
  • Assign duties and review work for accuracy.
  • Maintain communication with clients via verbal and email communication.
  • Follow up on client requests.
  • Complete departmental reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Keep records of all departmental work completed.
  • Make necessary corrections for any identified errors.
  • Communicate with clients in the absence of the Manager.
  • Schedule and monitor offsite audits.
  • Create and maintain the Greeter schedule.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to speak clearly and respond accurately.
  • Ability to learn and apply new knowledge.
  • Reliable, punctual, and consistent in attendance.
  • Proficiency in processing and retrieving information from computerized databases.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Windows-based software, including Word and Excel.
  • Professional and courteous communication skills at all times.
Availability
  • Available to work between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and the third Saturday of each month for mandatory meetings.
Education and Experience
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • At least three years of experience in Quality Assurance functions.
  • At least two years of supervisory or management experience, or equivalent education and experience.
Language Skills
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English and/or Spanish.
Mathematical Skills
  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations.
Reasoning Ability
  • Ability to apply common sense and deal with varied situations.
  • Strong interpersonal, business writing, and analytical skills.
Physical Demands

Must be able to stand and sit equally, with occasional lifting as needed. Reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities.

Work Environment

Work will be conducted in a typical office setting. Training will be virtual, with in-person work required prior to the end of training.
