Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited in Atlanta, GA seeks a Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead a cross-functional team in a fast-growing manufacturing business.

You will oversee GMP compliance, food safety policies and quality specifications on the 3rd shift, driving a culture of excellence and accountability.

Qualifications

Are you a Quality Leader looking to join a fast-growing manufacturing business offering a hands-on, varied leadership role with specialist training and upward progression opportunities?

In this key role you will work cross-functionally with production, operations, and management teams to ensure products meets the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and compliance. Operating on 3rd shift you will monitor production to ensure compliance with GMPs, food safety policies, and quality specifications. You will lead the quality team, set clear goals, objectives and build an exceptional culture.

This position would suit someone from a food, beverage or similar highly regulated environment, looking to lead and enhance quality within a fast-growing, market leading business.

The Position:

• Work cross-functionally with production, operations, and management teams to ensure products meets the highest standards of quality
• Operating on 3rd shift you will monitor production to ensure compliance with GMPs, food safety policies, and quality specifications
• Set clear goals, objectives and build an exceptional culture

The Person:

• Quality leader with experience in either food, beverage or similar highly regulated environment
• Working knowledge of FDA, OSHA, BRC or SQF standards
• Willing to work 3rd shift, Monday - Friday
