Akkodis seeks a Quality Supervisor to lead QA operations in a fast-paced, FDA-regulated manufacturing environment in Lancaster, SC. This onsite role runs on the 3rd shift (Sunday–Thursday, 11:15 PM–7:15 AM) with initial 1st shift training for 30–60 days.
The ideal candidate will oversee QA activities across two facilities, manage a team of QA Inspectors, and ensure compliance with quality systems and regulatory requirements. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential.

NOTE: Training will be conducted on 1st Shift for approximately 30-60 days, depending on experience. Upon completion of training, this position will remain permanently on 3rd Shift.

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership experience, a deep understanding of quality systems, and a proven track record in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, dietary supplement, or food and beverage manufacturing environments.
