Job summary

Nox Group is seeking a Quality Superintendent to lead the quality management system across large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects in the United States. You will drive quality excellence, ensure compliance with codes, and collaborate with project teams to meet customer expectations.

As a Quality Assurance Superintendent, you will mentor inspectors, review contracts and plans, and implement hold points within the project quality plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum Journeyman electrician with 7 years of experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a supervisor.
• Proven experience in quality management within construction.
• Knowledge of quality standards, codes, and best practices.
• Experience developing and implementing quality management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify root causes.
• Leadership and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with quality management software/tools.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Quality Superintendent) are desirable.
• Willingness to travel to various job sites.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work from heights when needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow the established quality management system aligned with standards.
• Enforce quality control across all construction projects, ensuring compliance.
• Conduct audits and inspections to assess quality performance.
• Collaborate with project teams to define quality objectives and metrics.
• Provide guidance to superintendents and engineers on quality issues.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in construction processes.
• Review contracts and plans to develop hold points in QC plans.
• Manage a team of inspectors at the project level.
