Job summary

Nox Group is seeking a Quality Superintendent to oversee the quality management system across major data center and mission-critical construction projects nationwide. The role ensures construction processes and deliverables meet industry standards and customer expectations with a focus on quality excellence.

You will lead QA initiatives, supervise inspectors, and collaborate with engineers and project teams to implement corrective actions and continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum Journeyman electrician with 7 years of experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a supervisor.
• Proven experience in quality management within construction, preferably large-scale projects.
• In-depth knowledge of construction quality standards, codes, regulations, and best practices.
• Experience developing and implementing quality management systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction at all levels.
• Proficiency with quality management software and tools.
• Willingness to travel to various job sites.

Responsibilities

• Rigorously follow the established quality management system and corporate standards.
• Enforce quality control processes across all projects, ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess quality performance and identify improvements.
• Collaborate with project teams to set quality objectives and monitor progress.
• Guide and support superintendents, field superintendents and engineers on quality issues.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and methodologies.
• Review contracts, plans and specs to define quality requirements and hold points.
• Manage a team of inspectors at the project level.
