Qualifications

• Seven years of journeyman electrician experience with supervisory exposure.
• Experience in quality management within construction, ideally large-scale projects.
• Knowledge of quality standards, codes, regulations, and best practices.
• Ability to develop and implement a quality management system.

Responsibilities

• Follow and enforce the quality management system across projects.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and contractual requirements.
• Conduct audits and inspections to assess quality performance.
• Collaborate with teams to define quality objectives and metrics.
• Guide superintendents and engineers to resolve quality issues.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in construction processes.
• Review contracts and plans for quality requirements and hold points.
• Manage a team of inspectors at the project level.
