Job summary

The role includes risk assessment (FMEA) and implementing change management to mitigate process risks. We expect 10 years of transformer-related QA experience and 5 years with SAP/ERP quality modules, with a salary of $78,083 per year.

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience in winding and winding assembly, core cutting and core stacking, and active part assembly for power transformers.
• Ten years of experience in tanking or wiring of power transformers.
• Ten years of experience in interpreting geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
• Five years of experience in quality inspection and auditing in power transformer manufacturing specifications.
• Five years of experience using SAP or ERP systems, including Quality Module.

Responsibilities

• Assist with quality assurance activities in production, assembly and manufacturing operations.
• Maintain quality management systems, develop procedures, work instructions and quality documentation.
• Execute quality control measures, inspections and data analysis to ensure standards.
• Participate in FMEA and risk mitigation activities; support PFMEA updates.
• Set up change management processes for products, processes, suppliers and designs.
• Collaborate with QA team and stakeholders to resolve issues and drive process improvements.
• Conduct routine inspections and audits of processes, materials and products.
• Support data analysis and reporting on process performance and trends.
