Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical, or similar.
• Ability to perform all IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance) functions.
• Support customer audits by preparing necessary documentation, participating in on-site audits, and addressing quality-related inquiries or concerns raised by customers.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
• Follow written, approved procedures to maintain cGMP standards.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, Company SOPs, and FDA requirements during all phases of operations.
• Sampling and disposition of Packaging Materials and Components as per SOPs.
• Inspect and evaluate procedures and processes for production.
• Analyze data, create reports, and communicate feedback.
• Train teams to reduce quality problems and increase understanding of quality goals.
• Document current state, risks, and process improvement goals.
• Review quality agreements with contract manufacturers.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and FDA requirements during all phases of operations.
• Maintain Quality Systems, including CAPA, Complaint Handling, Deviations, Nonconforming Products, and Internal Audits.
• Perform process checks and verifications to ensure quality is maintained.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
