What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance Team and external providers to ensure quality assurance reviews are effective
- Maintain confidentiality as outlined in the employee handbook
- Conduct audits of clinicians, providers, and facilities in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Gather and analyze data to support program monitoring and performance improvement plans
- Educate clinicians and providers on relevant rules and regulations related to quality improvement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current and unrestricted behavioral health clinical license (LCSW, LMSW, LPC, or LMFT)
- 3+ years of experience in a healthcare or managed care setting
- Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet navigation
- Ability to work Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm MST

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in collecting and analyzing data and creating reports related to regulatory compliance
- Experience working with healthcare providers
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
