Start Date: July 7th, 2025
This role involves quality testing benefit plans, working closely with the Account Install Specialist team during plan development. The specialist will verify system entries for accuracy and compliance with client specifications, focusing on details like deductibles, out-of-pocket limits, and pricing. Communication is primarily internal, with no phone work. The role requires working on approximately 25 plans per week after training, emphasizing high attention to detail.
