Job summary

ROMARK Logistics is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist for the 2nd shift in Dallas, TX. You will perform hourly quality checks, inspect materials, read BOM/IDM, and ensure compliance with GMP guidelines to maintain product integrity.

The role requires attention to detail, basic math, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to work independently, with overtime as needed during busy periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• QA/manufacturing or related experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail for documentation and data entry.
• Basic math skills and ability to perform calculations.
• Proficient in MS Office and QA applications.

Responsibilities

• Performs hourly quality checks with mobile devices to ensure finished products meet customer in-plant instructions and quality standards.
• Understand and apply scale adjustment rules.
• Follow the Quality Monitoring Matrix (QMM).
• Inspect packaging materials and donor candy for quality and conformance.
• Read BOM/IDM docs, manage batch codes, re-packs, and product displays.
• Identify non-conformities and escalate per procedures.
• Complete GMP audits as required.
• Conformance verification on lines and QA documentation.
