Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician for a 2nd shift (3 PM–11 PM) at the Dallas facility. The role involves visual and dimensional inspections of raw materials, work in progress and finished goods to ensure conformity to customer specifications.

The candidate will document results, prepare certifications, perform aging tests, and assist in audits and corrective actions while educating production personnel on QC procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; chemistry education preferred.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience with quality responsibilities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Inspect materials and finished goods for defects and tolerances per specifications.
• Document inspection results in predefined formats; maintain retrievable data.
• Prepare customer certifications and perform process capability checks.
• Assist in corrective/preventive actions both internally and externally.
