Job summary

Smurfit Westrock seeks a Quality Assurance Auditor to safeguard product integrity on our 2nd shift (3pm-11pm, Mon-Fri). You will inspect materials, audit production, verify GMPs and SOPs, and release documentation for shipments.

You'll analyze data, drive corrective actions, and collaborate with operations, project management, customers, and QA teams to ensure quality and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with quality systems and QA processes in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of cGMPs, SOPs, and quality documentation.
• Strong math skills and ability to analyze production data.
• Ability to read and follow safety procedures and specs.
• Effective communication with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials and components for compliance.
• Audit production and assembly operations per work orders.
• Verify cGMPs, SOPs, and quality policies compliance.
• Review and release production documentation for shipments.
• Analyze inspection data to identify trends and improvements.
• Collaborate with operations, PMs, customers, and QA teams to resolve issues.
• Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits and training.
• Demonstrate commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
