Argent Credit Union is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist in N Chesterfield, VA to help ensure our member accounts and loan files are accurate, complete, and compliant. You will review reports, account and loan documents, and file maintenance changes.

You'll identify policy exceptions, follow up until each issue is resolved, manage safe deposit box billing and renewals, and assist with annual branch audits to support accurate records and regulatory compliance.
