Job Summary

Americo is seeking a full-time Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This position handles the quality review for Operations associates, including new and tenured team members. This role also reviews general workflow and procedures for the department, making necessary updates and working with leadership to calibrate expectations. Additionally, the role involves participating in the training of new hires.

Key Responsibilities

• Updating quality guidelines in cadence with release notes
• Assisting with projects, testing, and reviewing department procedures
• Communicating potential workflow issues to management and suggesting process improvements
• Training and coaching associates on new processes
• Performing quality reviews of associate work, including peer reviews
