Verra Mobility is seeking an Events Processing QA Specialist in Mesa, AZ to re-review processed events and verify the accuracy of actions taken by previous processors. You will focus on improving throughput and alignment with client guidelines while spotting and correcting errors.
The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to monitor for anomalies. You will work with the Operations team and report to the Event Processing Supervisor, performing QA
This position involves re-reviewing processed events and assessing the accuracy of the action taken by the previous processors, with an intention to improve throughput to the client and the accuracy of that volume in alignment with the clients documented guidelines. Requires strong attention to detail, an ability to identify, document, and correct errors when appropriate, an ability to monitor for anomalies and trends, and an ability to review findings through facilitated calls with key stakeholders . This position reports within the Operations team and will report to the Event Processing Supervisor.
