Aberdeen Heights, part of PMMA, is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator (RN) to oversee the facility’s quality assessment and assurance program in line with federal, state, and local standards. The role emphasizes resident-centered care and compliance within a faith-based, not-for-profit community.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license, a nursing degree, and preferably geriatric long-term care experience, with knowledge of regulations governing long-term care and the ability to advance

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must possess a current active RN license in this state.
• Geriatric nursing/long-term care experience desired.
• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices, laws, regulations governing long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality assessment and assurance program complies with federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations.
• Advance the value that the resident comes first and foster home-like attributes.
• Support ongoing quality improvements and regulatory readiness.
