Job summary

US Foods is seeking a Pallet Repacker to support warehouse operations at our Seabrook NH facility. This role focuses on reducing inventory shrink and improving organization across the warehouse, with a Monday–Friday 6:00AM–2:30PM shift.

Responsibilities include evaluating damaged product, recording lot numbers, keeping areas clean, and ensuring accurate repack and disposal records. Candidates should have a High School Diploma, basic math, Excel knowledge, and the ability to lift up to 80 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Ability to operate electric pallet jack.
• Good written and oral communication skills; dependable.
• Warehouse experience/foodservice knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with reducing inventory shrink and improving warehouse organization.

SHIFT: Monday - Friday

6:00AM - 2:30PM

PAY: $25.01 / hour.

BASIC PURPOSE of Pallet Repacker: Assist with reducing inventory shrink and improving warehouse organization

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with reducing inventory shrink and improving warehouse organization
• Evaluate damaged product for disposition (repack for sale, salvage, dump)Repack damaged product determined to be saleable.
• Record proper information on repackaged product (lot #, date, etc.) whether for sale or salvage.
• Properly record all dumped product.
• Assist with tracking of dated products to minimize product lost due to date issues.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Other duties as assigned.

Experience/Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Ability to work independently.
• Safely operate electric pallet jack.
• Good communication skills - written and oral.
• Working knowledge of Excel.
• Warehouse experience/foodservice product & processes knowledge preferred.
• Willing and able to work weekends and holidays on a rotational basis.
• Must be dependable.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work in a multi-temperature environment
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs.

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law (for example: state minimum wage thresholds). The expected base rate for this role is between $22 and $25. This role may also receive overtime compensation and shift differential where applicable.
