St. Joseph Hospice in Alabama seeks a Full-Time Quality Assurance Nurse to support our patient care team. You will oversee QA processes, ensure accurate medical records, and coordinate with clinicians to improve care quality.

The role requires 2–3 years RN experience, a compact RN license, CPR certification, and hospice background. We offer ESOP ownership, disability coverage, generous PTO, mileage reimbursement, and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Current Compact RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year Home Base Back Office experience.
• Must have CPR certification.
• Hospice experience preferred.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 -3 years as a Registered Nurse – RN
• Current Compact RN license
• Minimum of 1 year Home Care Home Base Back Office experience required
• Working knowledge of Hope needs and requirements
• Must have current CPR Certification
• Previous Hospice experience requiredCompassionate RN with great time management skills
